I was doing a lot better lately with transition and emotions with this quarter of school. I’ve been staying positive and appreciating all the beautiful people I have in my life. I think I hit a hiccup yesterday and today, I haven’t been sleeping well again and my thoughts are racing. Trying to work on more self-care right now but I’m behind on school work as well.
